Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) or equivalent
