Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical technology implementation and governance
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on sustainability and human-centric outcomes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or tech consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with sustainability metrics and ESG frameworks
