Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with post-2026 technological inflection points
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying transformative technologies at scale
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact beyond traditional metrics
- Partner with venture arms to scout and integrate startup innovations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Experience developing ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
