- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for experimental projects
- Present quarterly foresight reports to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof system architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing distributed global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish for international collaboration
