Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead research teams in quantum error correction methodologies
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols post-quantum cryptography
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum simulation projects
- Drive open-source quantum software contributions to Qiskit and Cirq
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning techniques
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion qubits
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
- Fluency in Python/C++ with low-level quantum control
