Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams across physics, engineering, and software domains
- Secure $50M+ in government and private funding
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
