Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms targeting 2026 computational milestones
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing models
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals like Nature Quantum
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing research grants from NSF and DoE
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum error correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
