Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal impact roadmap
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technologies
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
