As our Strategic Futurist, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies while mentoring our innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and scenario planning exercises
- Produce executive foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
- Experience building and leading futurist teams in corporate environments
