Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic consulting or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading high-impact workshops with executive audiences
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
