Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations impacting 2026
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, climate tech, and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
