Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Conduct primary research through global trend expeditions and industry expert interviews
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future disruption scenarios
- Produce high-impact white papers and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Published author in foresight or innovation journals preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.) and analytical tools
