Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce strategic white papers on future workforce and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record developing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech convergence trends
- Experience facilitating executive scenario-planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
