Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and market foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with future market needs
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic adaptation metrics
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and horizon scanning platforms
