Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and scaling breakthrough opportunities across digital transformation, AI integration, and sustainable technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate disruptive forces and emerging technologies impacting our industry through 2026
- Design and implement agile innovation frameworks, including incubation programs, hackathons, and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps and progress metrics to executive stakeholders and the board of directors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, innovation management, or corporate development with a track record of scaling transformative initiatives
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year roadmaps and scenario-based forecasting
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Stage-Gate) and analytical tools
