Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap for quantum-AI integration across all business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping carbon-negative technologies with 10x efficiency targets
- Establish partnerships with space tourism and deep-sea research organizations for resource diversification
- Architect ethical frameworks for neuro-quantum interfaces and biometric data ecosystems
- Drive adoption of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) for supply chain transparency
- Present quarterly strategy briefings to C-suite and board members including NASA and UN representatives
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning for Fortune 500 tech or biotech firms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or climate resilience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of scaling solutions from prototype to global implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications and blockchain 3.0 capabilities
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning from Institute for the Future
