Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Architect human-centric interfaces for brain-computer integration
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 tech policy standards
- Mentor a team of specialists in emerging fields (synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Secure $2M+ in annual innovation grants from public/private sources
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record scaling experimental tech to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Experience with international tech policy development (UN, OECD, etc.)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies in emerging fields
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
