Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ innovations
- Design and oversee R&D initiatives in quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech innovation track record
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Experience securing government and private innovation grants
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed futuristic technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
