- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D portfolio allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies in enterprise environments
- Author thought leadership publications on technology disruption trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizons of Growth, Innovation Ambition Matrix)
