- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Design scalable solutions addressing future challenges in cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate transformative startups into our innovation portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development with proven impact
- Deep expertise in forecasting technology trends (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, McKinsey Tech Trends)
- Experience building and scaling AI/ML systems, quantum computing architectures, or biotech integrations
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Research, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
