- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data security.
- Drive the architectural vision for scalable, future-proof infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large language models.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
