Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for next-gen autonomous agents and generative models.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) to ensure optimal performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Infrastructure: Proven experience designing microservices architectures and managing containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Agentic AI: Strong understanding of Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
