Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to executive board on future-proofing business models
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Create compelling visual narratives and strategic roadmaps for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry implications
- Integrate future insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent expertise
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
