Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Analyze emerging trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities and competitive threats
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact narratives
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 readiness across organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth initiatives (>30% YoY)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ during paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
