Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or Philosophy with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Published work on AI ethics frameworks or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Python/R for algorithmic auditing tools
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
