Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE, EU AI Act, and emerging 2026 standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines using advanced fairness metrics
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions on AI governance
- Design continuous monitoring systems for AI system transparency and explainability
- Create incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Proactively identify emerging risks in generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (GDPR, AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in fairness assessment tools (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with ML model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Demonstrated success in implementing ethical AI in production environments
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
