Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate AI ethics policies aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks (deepfakes, autonomous weapons, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation for ML systems and generative AI
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with AI audit methodologies and tooling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
