- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and publish transparent governance reports
- Shape industry standards through thought leadership and external advocacy
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies for large-scale ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical tech development
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI research preferred
