Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research or governance roles
- Published work in top-tier ethics/ML conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning systems
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on AI policy development
- Strong background in applied philosophy or moral theory
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
