Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier ML/AI conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing extensions
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale ML systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA research grants
