Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI, federated learning, and ethical algorithm development
- Develop predictive models for climate simulation, personalized medicine, and autonomous systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for breakthrough AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation across disciplines
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions with industry partners
- Present findings at premier conferences including NeurIPS, ICML, and AAAI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Publication record in top-tier AI journals (Nature, Science, JMLR, etc.)
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow, quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq), and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-disciplinary research projects
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Experience securing government grants or corporate R&D funding (>$1M preferred)
