Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI pipelines for high-volume enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business products, optimizing for latency and cost.
- Define the technical vision for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI suitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and security experts to implement Responsible AI governance.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards for AI infrastructure.
- Conduct performance tuning and model optimization to handle billions of daily inference requests.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong grasp of MLOps, CI/CD, and model versioning strategies.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
