Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance distributed systems, focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Neural Network Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to optimize neural network architectures for real-time processing and edge computing environments.
- Cloud Infrastructure Strategy: Define cloud migration strategies and manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure 99.99% uptime and minimal latency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and sensitive user data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and integrate viable solutions into the core tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead role within the AI/ML or high-frequency trading sectors.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing complex architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
