Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as required.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or mood to the care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or caregiving is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
