Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise routines.
- Monitor and record patient health status, including vital signs and medication administration.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding patient updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Experience in senior care is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
