Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Medication reminders and monitoring for adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, or errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care services provided.
- Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is a plus but not always required; full training provided.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
