Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility using provided equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications as per care plans and training
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Monitor health vitals and document changes accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver or CNA experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Passionate about elderly care with compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
