Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance using provided medical equipment
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments using agency-provided vehicles
- Engage in meaningful companionship and emotional support activities
- Maintain detailed care documentation using provided tablets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with provided lifting equipment
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
