Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and walking using proper techniques.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Administer medications and reminders according to strict protocols.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Light housekeeping and laundry assistance as requested.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license preferred but not required for compassionate candidates.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help seniors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (as needed).
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
