Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to ensure the client's mental well-being.
- Medication reminders and documentation of daily logs.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry services in the client's home.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA or Home Health Aide certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and assist patients of various sizes.
