Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the client's physician.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks in the client's home.
- Document daily care activities and report changes in client health to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
