Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and social activities.
- Manage medication reminders and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
- Document daily care logs and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility as needed.
