Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Administer medication reminders and maintain accurate care logs.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the care team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certification as a CNA or HHA is a plus but not strictly required for compassionate candidates.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (willingness to obtain is acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
