Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with daily medication management.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on specific dietary restrictions.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, or errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or health conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current Driver’s License, valid insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift and assist clients as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
