Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and suction management
- Take and develop dental X-rays following ALARA principles
- Maintain sterile environments and sterilize dental instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal inventory levels
- Document patient information accurately in digital records
- Provide post-procedure instructions and patient education
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior dental experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Washington State dental radiography license (training provided)
