Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.
- Administer medication and follow care plans under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA, CMA, or HHA certification is a plus but not always required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
