Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team immediately.
- Administer medication as prescribed and directed by the client’s physician.
- Ambulate and transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience is a plus but not required if willing to complete our paid training program.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
