Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication and monitor health changes, reporting concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
Qualifications
- CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
