Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific procedures
- Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are met
- Participate in orientation and training for new assignments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred
