Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and complete caregiver training programs.
- Valid driver's license (preferred) and access to reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate attitude.
- Ability to lift and assist patients (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry.
